As the first woman and person of color elected as Mayor of Manassas, Virginia, Michelle Davis-Younger brings a unique perspective to the intersection of workforce development and mental health support services. With a background in human resources consulting through her firm, The1ForHR, LLC, she has assisted many residents in the City of Manassas with career coaching and resume writing.
