Join us for an inspiring Lunch & Learn with Natalie Gomez, Program Supervisor for Healthy Families Greater Prince William. Natalie will be joined by one of her team members, Ayda Vargas or Blanca Rodas, both Family Resource Specialists dedicated to empowering parents with tools, education, and community support to strengthen families from the start.

Together, they’ll share valuable insight into family wellness, early childhood development, and local resources that help parents build strong, healthy homes.

We’ll also welcome Lydia Allen, Assistant Director of Community Health at Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS). Lydia will guide us through the essentials of Primary Care Access (PPCP), health insurance navigation, and medication assistance programs available in Prince William County—vital support for families seeking affordable and reliable healthcare.
