At Virginia Women and Family Support Center, we are incredibly grateful for the organizations that step up to support our goal of helping pregnant mothers and mothers with children in their time of need.
On January 19, 2026, honoring MLK Day of Service, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Sisterhood and Educational and Charitable Foundation donated an astounding 42,332 wipes and 6,773 diapers as part of their diaper drive. This donation directly addressed an urgent need within our center and made an immediate impact on the families we serve. Their commitment to service truly embodied the spirit of Dr. King’s call to care for one another and strengthen our communities.

The Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Psi Omicron Zeta Chapter of Manassas, Virginia, generously helped support us during their Global Day of Service. The chapter assembled and donated beautifully prepared baskets filled with essential items, including diapers, wipes, clothing, detergent, toiletries, linens, gift cards, and much more. Their thoughtful contributions reinforced their strong commitment to supporting the Prince William County community and ensured families had access to necessities to help them thrive.

Together, these organizations played a vital role in helping VAWFSC continue its mission of supporting pregnant mothers and mothers with children. Their generosity, compassion, and service remind us of the power of community partnerships and the difference we can make when we work together.
